Welcome to NsfwDance (the "App" or "Platform"). NsfwDance is an online artificial intelligence platform focusing on AI-based image and character generation. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "our", or "us" refers to VIVA COMMERCE POLSKA SP.Z.O.O, the operator of NsfwDance, and "you" refers to you as a user of our Services. This policy outlines how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded when using our Platform and related Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data Provided by You

When registering and interacting with NsfwDance, we may collect:

• Account Information: Email address, hashed password, and demographic details you volunteer.
• User Content: Images, text prompts, generated media, and preferences explicitly uploaded or entered into our generative parameters.
• Communications: Information provided during support inquiries or feedback mechanisms (e.g., emails to [email protected]).

1.2 Google Sign-In Data

If you choose Google Sign-In, NsfwDance requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. Google may provide us with your stable Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. We do not request or access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars, payment information, or other Google Workspace content.

1.3 Automated Tracking & Analytics

When accessing NsfwDance as a user or visitor, we collect anonymous metadata via cookies and automated technologies, including:

• IP address, general geolocation, device ID, and browser type.
• Interaction metrics (duration of visits, frequency of generation requests, and interface navigation).

This data is strictly utilized for structural debugging, server scaling, and UX enhancement.

2. How We Use Your Data

NsfwDance processes your data for the primary purpose of delivering high-quality AI generation and ensuring platform integrity:

• Service Execution: Facilitating your account login, processing generative queues, and securely storing your personalized gallery.
• Safety & Compliance: Scanning inputs utilizing automated filters to prevent the creation of illegal or prohibited content (e.g., CSAM or non-consensual exploitation), maintaining compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• Transaction Processing: Utilizing secure third-party billing gateways to handle subscription and token purchases. NsfwDance does not store complete credit card sequences.

2.1 How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to authenticate you, create or link your NsfwDance account, treat the Google-verified email address as verified, and display the name or profile image associated with your account. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, sale to data brokers, or training generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. NsfwDance does not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train AI or ML models.

NsfwDance's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We deeply respect user anonymity, especially given the mature nature of the platform. We strictly do not sell your personal data. We may share information under the following constrained circumstances:

• Service Utilities: Cloud hosting infrastructure acting strictly as data processors and only as needed to operate the Services.
• Google OAuth: We communicate with Google only as necessary to complete the sign-in flow and verify the identity information you authorized.
• Legal Obligation: If officially subpoenaed by authorized law enforcement agencies combating critical crimes (such as minor exploitation). We actively report CSAM violations to NCMEC.
• Payment Gateways: Sharing minimal transactional identifiers to authenticate purchases.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to advertising networks, data brokers, information resellers, or AI-training providers. Any processor that handles data for us may use it only to provide the contracted service and must protect it appropriately.

4. Security Infrastructure

NsfwDance uses TLS to protect data in transit, hashes account passwords, encrypts OAuth application secrets at rest, and restricts account-database access. We do not receive your Google password or retain a Google access token as part of your NsfwDance account record. While we maintain security controls, no method of transmission or storage is completely infallible. Therefore, we advise users against uploading sensitive, identifiable personal materials beyond standard operational use.

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You inhabit full sovereignty over your account data. You possess the right to be forgotten. For data deletion requests or privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

5.1 Retention of Google Sign-In Data

We retain the Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and the local identity link while your NsfwDance account remains active, only for the purposes described above. We delete or anonymize that identity link and associated profile data when you delete your account, subject to narrowly limited records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

You may revoke NsfwDance's Google access at any time from Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future Google Sign-In until you authorize it again; it does not by itself delete your NsfwDance account. To delete the local account and its OAuth identity link, use the in-product Delete Account action or contact us.

5.2 Account Deletion Process

1. Navigate to the "Account" or "Profile Settings" module within the App.
2. Select the "Delete Account" action.
3. Accept the confirmation warning recognizing the irreversible destruction of your generated gallery and unused tokens.
4. Upon execution, NsfwDance will wipe all corresponding account data, cached media, and prompts from active servers.

* Minor residual records relating to financial transactions may be temporarily retained strictly for tax compliance and fraud prevention.

6. Age Restriction Framework

NsfwDance is strictly provisioned for legal adults (18+). We do not knowingly process or solicit data from minors. If a user is discovered fabricating their age to access NsfwDance, the account and all related data will be immediately obliterated from our databases.

7. Policy Modifications

From time to time, NsfwDance may refine this Privacy Policy to reflect procedural or legal adaptations. Substantive updates will be clearly reflected within the Platform UI or via targeted email correspondence.
